SoldFloor lamp, model 294, designed by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup in the 1960s. The lamp is made of brushed steel with rosewood details and has a cylindrical shade mounted on a slim, three-legged frame. The shade can be tilted for flexible light direction, making the lamp suitable as a reading lamp or mood lighting. Jo Hammerborg (1920–1982) was chief designer at Fog & Mørup from 1957 and brought a strong sense of design and materials from his background as a silversmith at Georg Jensen. Under his leadership, Fog & Mørup became internationally recognized for its modern lighting design.
