Beautiful vase with three wings or tips designed by Per Lütken for Holmegaard Glasswork.

The vase is one of many designs Per Lütken has made over the same expression, whereby this type is available in many sizes, colors and with, for example, added lines or dots.
The many shapes and sizes were drawn in the period 1941 to during the 1950s.

Ice flower is produced in a very special way, which Jacob Bang got inspiration to from Sweden. They had made experiments with applying wood glue to the glass and let it dry on the heating pipes, whereby the object got a "crushed" surface when the glue leapt off and took the glasses outer layer with it.
