Palshus vase with unusual decoration

The vase is signed Palshus Denmark PLS and has form number 401.

It is with an unusually speckled glaze with brown streaks.
Per Linneman-Schmidt founded together with his wife, Annelise Linneman-Schmidt, Palshus in 1948. Palshus is a contraction of Per and Annelise Linneman-Schmidt's house. They produced ceramics with simple and preferably single-colored glazes with clear inspiration from Japanese stoneware. The workshop closes in 1972.

The dish is very unusual in its shape - it is oval.
It is with a fine hare fur glaze.
