The vase is signed Holmegaard Pl 15734, but it looks like 15704.

The color is also called akva. This is the more dark and grey version on the color.
The heart vase was designed by Per Lütken in 1955 and taken out of production in 1974. The design is relaunched in 1985 as part of the Evergreen series. The original name is the Menuet.
