The picture depicts Raphael's Sistine Madonna or Madonna de San Sisto from 1512.
The picture was commissioned by Pope Julius the 2nd. The original hangs today in Dresden in Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister.

The miniature is in good condition with nice details on the frame.
