Baca was first manufactured at Aluminia, but with the merger of the two factories in 1968, all production went to Royal Copenhagen and was stamped with their logo.

Originally Baca and Tenera were designed by women, employed by Aluminia, but the decoration of this bowl is designed by Nils Thorsson.
