Fine old wooden case

Nice old case for a flacon containing flower drops which was a kind of natural medicine.
It is with its original label which says "F. Wolff Und Sohn Karlsruhe barden" and "Phantasma Blüten essenz - ROSE"

Friederich Wolff was originally a hairdresser and worked in his father's salon, but he also wanted to do make up, and therefore in 1857 he created the company F. Wolff & Sohn, which later became Wolff Freres when his two sons took over.

It is in good condition - at one time filled with fabric and has functioned as a needle sleeve.
