A set of candleholders in wengé

A set of beautiful candlesticks from the 1960s in solid wengé from ESA Denmark.

Wengé is a hard African wood type. It is so hard that when Rud Rasmussen had to produce a number of Finn Juhl chairs a few years ago in wengé, the carpenters had to polish their tools after each chair.

The candle sticks are in good condition with brass collars. They are a little "burnt" at the top.
