Hi-fi candlesticks in chrom, a set of prototypes

Price: 2,500.- DKK per set

Height 8.5 to 26.5 cm.

The three are sold as a set. The middle candleholder is glued at the lower thread.
Max Brüel designed the Hi-fi candleholder for Torben Ørskov's store "Form & Farver" in 1962. Torben Ørskov was also the man behind the Krenit bowl, Kristian Vedels melamin line and many others icons of danish design.

The candlestick is made of solid brass, which is later chrome-plated for a proposed production of the Hi-fi line with this surface. The idea was presented to the widow of Max Brüel, but no production was ever started. The set is therefore unique.
